Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive quality engineering experience in manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality systems.
• Experience with RCA methodologies and CAPA implementation.
• Proficiency in SPC, FMEA, control plans, and quality tools.
• CQE or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in quality software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) per ISO 9001.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA processes for quality issues.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain to embed quality requirements.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and predict issues.
• Develop and deliver quality training across the organization.
• Contribute to NPI processes with a focus on quality considerations.
• Support customer complaint investigations and timely resolutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
