Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems; experience with 8D problems solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS development and maintenance per ISO 9001.
• Conduct RCA and CAPA for identified quality issues.
• Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and proactive solutions.
• Develop and deliver quality training across levels.
• Support NPI quality considerations from early stages.
• Assist in customer complaint investigations and resolutions.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen initiatives.
