Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical discipline; engineering preferred.
• 6+ years related experience in quality engineering.
• Lean manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives and define QA strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Organize and execute internal process and product audits; drive corrective actions.
• Manage supplier quality and validate root causes with corrective actions.
• Provide QA leadership to cross-functional teams (product management, production, development, operations).
• Develop and maintain quality plans and qualification matrices for products and launches.
