Job summary

Hensley Industries, a leading manufacturing firm, seeks a Process Improvement & QA Engineer to maintain ISO 9001 QMS, drive audits, and coordinate corrective actions. You will analyze quality data, lead cross-functional improvement projects, and support supplier quality activities across labs, production, and engineering teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 3–5 years in quality-related roles, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in an engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and QMS processes.
• Audit planning and internal/external audit experience preferred.
• Experience with supplier quality management and corrective actions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001 QMS, SOPs, and controlled documents.
• Plan and perform internal audits and support external/certification audits.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.
• Support supplier quality activities and audits.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify risks and improvements.
• Lead or support cross-functional process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with labs, production, engineering, and purchasing on investigations.
