Qualifications

• 6+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced complex problem-solving capability and experience.
• Experience in managing technical personnel and complex activities.
• Lean Manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives and define QA strategies.
• Mentor Quality Engineers and foster a quality culture.
• Generate and report internal and external quality KPIs.
• Coordinate audits and implement corrective actions.
• Support supplier quality and manage MRB area.
• Develop and maintain quality plans for products.
