Job summary

ATC Drivetrain Llc is seeking a Manager of Quality to lead the Quality Management System for OKC operations. The role directs Quality Engineers and Supervisors, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce warranty exposure.

You will coordinate APQP/PPAP for new launches, maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance, and mentor cross-functional teams in preventive actions. A strong focus on customer and supplier relations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; five years related experience acceptable.
• Experience with Tier 1 & Tier 2 automotive suppliers.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains a quality management system to meet customer requirements.
• Leads Quality Engineers and Supervisors; drives root cause analysis.
• Coordinates with customers and suppliers on quality improvements.
• Oversees APQP/PPAP processes for product launches.
• Mentors cross-functional teams in problem solving and corrective action.
• Ensures compliance with Lean activities and company policies.
