ATC is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive process quality development and customer satisfaction. You will manage PCPs, PFMEA effectiveness, and cross-functional action plans to reduce RPN, improve FPY, and lower warranty impact.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years in automotive quality with TS-16949/ISO-9000 exposure. You will mentor teams, lead CPAP/APQP activities, and support Lean initiatives while collaborating with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 5+ years in quality engineering.
• Experience with PFMEA, PCP, and PPAP/APQP.
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems TS-16949 & ISO-9000.
• Strong root cause analysis and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain PCPs (Process Control Plans).
• Lead cross-functional action plans for quality results.
• Mentor teams in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate customer visits and APQP activities.
• Support Lean initiatives and quality improvements.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
