Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years in quality engineering in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Product/Model PCP (Process Control Plan).
• Facilitate cross-functional Preventative & Corrective action plans based on quality results.
• Mentor cross-functional teams on root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action.
• Coordinate customer visits.
• QA portion of APQP (PPAP) on product launches.
• Resolve critical quality issues per policy and procedures.
• Quality representation in Lean activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
