Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance to join our Burnet Quality Organization in Burnet, TX. You will lead quality engineering initiatives that support manufacturing excellence, product compliance, and customer satisfaction across the Burnet site.

You will drive QN management, MOC, PCNs, CoA, labeling compliance, and CAPA improvements, partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Product Management to strengthen process control and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering/QA or Manufacturing Engineering in regulated environments.
• Experience managing customer complaints and 8D, MOC, CAPA, PCN processes.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience applying SPC, capability analysis, FMEA, DOE, Control Plans, and structured problem solving tools.
• Experience supporting ramp-up, process qualification, validation activities, and change management.
• Ability to drive corrective actions for long-term systemic improvement.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or Lean certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site efforts to improve QN timeliness and reduce investigation backlog.
• Drive MOC and PCN activities for timely, compliant risk mitigation.
• Lead 8D, RCA, and FMEA based problem-solving activities.
• Drive containment, corrective, and preventive actions to improve CAPA.
• Improve labeling, CoA processes, and hardware quality performance.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering for systemic process improvements.
• Monitor QN aging, CAPA effectiveness, MOC cycle time, and customer complaints.
• Lead MRB activities and disposition of nonconforming materials.
• Support risk assessments and Control Plans / FMEAs for process control.
• Mentor teams in quality best practices and continuous improvement.
