Job summary

Entegris Burnet, TX seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join its Manufacturing Engineering team. You will lead continuous improvement projects, analyze manufacturing performance data, and support capacity expansions for complex chemical containers used in semiconductor manufacturing.

You will collaborate across functions, maintain process docs, manage BOMs and master data in ERP, and mentor teams in problem-solving methodologies. Domestic travel <5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing and process equipment.
• Experience with stainless steel hazardous material vessel design and valving is a plus.
• Knowledge of SPC and data analysis; Minitab is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and present technical data.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Support data-driven analysis of manufacturing performance, capacity, and quality metrics.
• Maintain and improve process documentation and ERP master data (BOMs, routings).
• Troubleshoot equipment/process breakdowns and coordinate PM activities.
• Mentor personnel in structured problem-solving methodologies.
