Entegris is seeking a Senior Engineer, Continuous Improvement at our Burnet, TX site. You will drive lean transformations, map processes, and lead cross-functional teams to define and execute improvement roadmaps across operations, IT, and business units.

You will coach others in Lean methodologies, monitor KPIs, and sustain digital tool adoption to maximize efficiency and quality. The role offers a collaborative environment with strong focus on the Entegris Way and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering.
5–8 years of manufacturing experience driving Lean/Six Sigma.
Experience leading Lean and digital initiatives across global teams.
Formal Six Sigma training plus Black Belt and SPC credentials.
Willing to travel (<10%).

Responsibilities

Lead CI initiatives to streamline processes using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
Assess processes and implement Lean to optimize with digital transformation.
Collaborate with IT, operations, business units to integrate Lean with digital tools.
Foster CI culture and provide training.
Establish KPIs and analyze data to track impact.
Facilitate Lean workshops and training sessions.
Lead Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping for improvements.
