Entegris, Inc. in Burnet, TX seeks a Senior Engineer, Quality to lead manufacturing quality initiatives at its Burnet site. You will drive QN, MOC, PCN, and labeling compliance, along with CoA process improvements.

The role partners with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Management to advance risk-based thinking and measurement-driven quality leadership. Responsibilities include leading MRB activities, CAPA effectiveness, and escalation resolution, while mentoring teammates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Engineering within semiconductor, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience managing customer complaints, 8D investigations, MOC, CAPA, and PCN processes.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to apply SPC, capability analysis, FMEA, DOE, Control Plans, and structured problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead site efforts to improve Quality Notification (QN) timeliness and reduce investigation backlog.
• Drive Management of Change (MOC) and Product Change Notification (PCN) activities to ensure timely execution, compliance, and effective risk mitigation.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities utilizing 8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA.
• Drive robust containment actions, corrective actions, and preventive actions to eliminate recurring quality issues and improve CAPA effectiveness.
• Monitor and improve key quality metrics including QN aging, CAPA effectiveness, MOC cycle time, customer complaints, and product compliance performance.
