Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Science, or Technology.
• 7+ years of aerospace quality experience.
• AS9100 and ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Experience leading QMS governance and audits.
• Lead complex root cause investigations using structured methods.
• Experience using quality metrics and trend analysis.
• Interpret drawings and regulatory quality requirements.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.

Aufgaben

• Lead quality planning and execution for HSS products and processes.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, customer requirements, engineering specs, and standards.
• Lead root cause and corrective action using 8D, 5 Why, fault-tree analysis, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Analyze quality data and translate findings into improvement plans.
• Facilitate risk-based assessments such as FMEA and control-plan reviews.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to establish inspection and acceptance criteria.
• Support internal, customer, registrar, and regulatory audits; sustain readiness.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve material issues and improve supplier quality.
• Represent quality in cross-functional reviews and escalation forums.
• Coach teams on quality tools and prevention-focused decision making.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma and Honeywell OS principles.
• Travel 20-30% domestically or internationally as needed.
