Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to lead the deployment of an operations excellence program across the Sundyne manufacturing network. You will partner with site leaders to standardize practices, drive Lean improvements, and accelerate cross-site execution while coaching leaders and teams to sustain results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations/quality/excellence experience.
• Proven Lean transformation and continuous improvement leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong Lean tools knowledge: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, RCA, Six Sigma.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global matrix.
• Strong data analytics to drive decisions and improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the PT-Sundyne Operational Excellence strategy across multiple locations.
• Drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost through Lean and CI methods.
• Partner with site leaders to standardize practices and strengthen management systems.
• Facilitate value stream assessments, Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and transformation activities.
• Identify system-level opportunities and lead cross-functional teams to scalable solutions.
• Use data and metrics to prioritize improvements, track progress, and ensure accountability.
• Champion root-cause problem solving and disciplined execution across functions.
• Coach leaders on Operational Excellence, Lean, and CI practices.
• Share best practices across the network and drive replication of improvements.
• Foster engagement, ownership, and continuous learning throughout the organization.
