Job summary

ASML US, LLC in San Diego seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to ensure DUV system quality and reliability, leading cross-functional improvement initiatives. You will use data-driven methods and clear communication to prevent issues and sustain improvements, with on-site work in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires a master's-level technical background (or equivalent experience) and at least seven years in related quality fields, plus ability to influence SMEs and manage complex quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree with thorough experience in a technical field such as electrical engineering, manufacturing or related areas.
• Bachelor degree with deep/extensive experience in related fields considered but may require more hands-on experience.
• Proven track record in supplier/manufacturing quality, Lean, Six Sigma, ISO auditing, SPC or related quality disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior colleagues and model quality standards.
• Lead quality improvement projects and drive root-cause analyses.
• Conduct advanced data analyses and generate actionable quality recommendations.
• Develop and document complex quality processes and controls.
• Generate detailed quality performance reports and highlight risks and trends.
• Interface with customers to understand needs and ensure alignment with quality standards.
