Qualifications

• Requires BS Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 20 years' experience or MS Engineering Equivalent with minimum 15 years' experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality System Requirements and lead auditor experience.
• Subject matter expert for Quality, able to lead quality efforts on assigned programs with minimal government oversight.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, implement, and manage quality on assigned programs over their life cycle per contract requirements.
• Develop quality inputs for program management documents (acquisition plans, SOW/SOOs, specifications) for PAE contracts.
• Coordinate with product managers, users, ATEC/OTC, and other Government agencies as needed.
• Review and evaluate system performance, assess risk, and make recommendations.
• Institute root cause corrective action for failures and validate implementation plans.
