Leidos Defense Sector seeks a Program Quality Manager to lead the program quality team, own the Program Quality Plan, and ensure assurance activities align with AS9100, ISO 9001, and contract requirements.

You will coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to achieve first-pass yield, drive corrective actions, and report KPI performance to leadership. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of defense quality systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quality engineering, program quality, or quality systems experience in defense/aerospace.
• 3+ years leading or managing a quality team.
• Experience owning program-level quality planning, including quality plans and inspection or sampling strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead the program quality team and ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and contractual quality standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and development to program quality staff; align with QMS and Defense Sector requirements.
• Interface directly with customers and program management as the program quality authority.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to achieve first-pass yield and product reliability objectives.
• Drive continual improvement actions and ensure timely containment, root-cause analysis, and effectiveness verification.
