Job summary

Pioneer Human Services seeks a Quality Engineer III to monitor quality across aerospace manufacturing and to drive inspection programs using CMMs. You will interface with manufacturing, planning and estimating to schedule and audit First Article reporting, ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 standards.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 6+ years in machining/manufacturing, and strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 6 years machining/manufacturing with GD&T knowledge.
• Export control requirements for a US Person apply to this role.
• Experience auditing quality systems and documenting procedures.
• Capable of leading complex cross‑functional projects with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit quality of all manufactured goods at Pioneer Industries Plant 1 & 2 Aerospace and Commercial Aerospace.
• Plan and schedule inspection plans, CMM programs, and First Article reporting.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Production, Planning and Estimating teams to ensure compliance.
