Job summary

Dauch in Mebane, NC is seeking a Senior Advanced Quality Engineer to lead quality programs for automotive projects. This onsite role serves as the main customer quality contact and collaborates across locations to drive improvements in line with the voice of the customer.

You will manage APQP, change management, warranty, and KPI reporting, develop quality plans, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant quality experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main customer contact for quality requirements and performance.
• Develop and execute customer quality improvement plans (Road Map) and KPIs.
• Lead problem solving using CSR tools and drive cross-functional escalation.
• Monitor customer data, maintain requirements in B2B portals, and report findings.
• Collaborate across locations to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
