Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 7+ years experience in Quality in a manufacturing environment (automotive or metal manufacturing highly desired).
• 5+ years progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in auditing (IATF, ISO, etc.) and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead corrective actions and preventive measures to reduce defects.
• Oversee quality assurance procedures and government requirements.
• Collaborate with management to design new products and manufacturing methods.
• Manage QA financial strategies, budgets, and variances.
• Establish standards for raw materials, in-process inspection, and finished goods.
