Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of quality experience within the automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the conscious voice of the customer and manages customer-specific quality requirements.
• Ensures customer systems and performance requirements are understood and communicated internally.
• Develops and nurtures customer relationships and reviews performance data.
• Holds regular meetings with the customer to discuss changes to requirements.
• Clarifies customer needs and assists in collecting requirements from interviews.
• Provides exceptional service to encourage continued use of products/services.
• Develops and executes a customer quality improvement plan and leads problem-solving.
• Continuously improves the Customer Quality sub function.
• Monitors customer B2B portal data and highlights potential issues to leadership.
• Engages cross-functional teams to analyze problems with robust data.
• Consolidates portal data and summarizes main issues as part of plant Quality reporting.
• Uses monthly voice of customer reports to drive improvements.
