Kaleidoscope Innovation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer in Lafayette, IN. This role focuses on APQP/PPAP, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

You will lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 7–15 years of experience, a strong track record in new product launches, supplier quality management, and audit compliance, with hands-on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5–12 years of relevant experience in quality engineering.
Basic understanding of quality tools such as root cause analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.
Exposure to manufacturing processes and shop floor environment preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage APQP activities from product development through production launch.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Production).
Ensure compliance with AIAG and customer-specific requirements.
Prepare Control Plans, PFMEA, PFDs, Inspection Standards, SPC (Statistical Process Control).
8D Methodology, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagrams, Fault Tree Analysis, A3 Problem Solving.
