Based in Lafayette, IN, this onsite position requires 7–15 years of experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans, delivering continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5–12 years of experience in quality engineering.
• Basic understanding of quality tools such as root cause analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP activities from product development through production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Production).
• Ensure compliance with AIAG and customer-specific requirements.
• Prepare Control Plans, PFMEA, PFDs, Inspection Standards, SPC.
