Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years hands-on QA engineering experience in software quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for systems with predictive or adaptive logic.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks to support CI/CD.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data scientists to embed quality from ideation through deployment.
• Conduct exploratory testing and risk analysis for complex data-driven systems.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify trends for improvement.
• Advocate best practices in software quality engineering, including TDD and shift-left testing.
