Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Senior AI Quality Engineer to own quality for our AI-powered product ecosystem. You will define end-to-end testing for AI features, lead automation using Cursor and Claude Code, and shape CI/CD quality gates to catch regressions in code and model outputs.

You will mentor engineers, report quality metrics to stakeholders, and ensure ethical, scalable AI experiences across our platform in a fast-moving, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• AI toolchain expertise with Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, GPT-4.
• Proven track record leading SDLC, CI/CD and automated quality gates.
• Proficiency in C#, Python or JavaScript with modern testing frameworks.
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering or software development with focus on automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end test strategy for major AI product areas.
• Provide technical leadership for automation challenges and adoption of Cursor and Claude Code.
• Lead design of AI-based test coverage including prompt injection and model checks.
• Perform defect triage and root-cause analysis to improve the development pipeline.
• Define and enforce smart quality gates in the CI/CD pipeline for code and model outputs.
• Report quality metrics and mentor team on Generative AI integration.
