Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in aerospace/defense or similar complex hardware environments.
• Proven RCCA leadership and quality tools experience (8D, Lean Six Sigma, FTA, DMAIC).
• Design review and quality management of PCBA, harnessing, machined parts, weldments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data collection and incident-reporting processes for product quality.
• Lead RCCA activities and track effectiveness across the product team.
• Drive product health data analysis and establish quality-performance metrics.
• Cross-functionally define and execute the product roadmap and quality plans.
• Support QMS documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
