Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, has an immediate opening for a Senior Quality Engineer in the Air Traffic Systems (ATS) organization in Marlborough, MA. You will collaborate across hardware and software teams to ensure components meet customer requirements and drive data‑driven quality improvements.

The role requires a university degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years). U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Must be a US Citizen with current FAA clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience with analytical skills in root‑cause analysis and/or corrective/preventive actions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP applications, Atlassian tool suite, CAD and/or Visio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of components.
• Review technical documentation for conformance to requirements.
• Participate in test and evaluation of components and systems.
• Interface with suppliers/customers to resolve concerns and mitigate risk.
• Present requirement verification and formal product acceptance.
