  • Specialized Materials Oversight: Apply quality principles to specialized manufacturing operations involving polymerics, epoxies, coatings, chemicals, and related processes.
  • Standards & Audit Compliance: Ensure all quality processes adhere strictly to AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards while supporting internal, customer, and external audits.
  • Hands-On Inspection & Review: Review technical drawings, schematics, and inspection records, performing or supporting hands-on hardware inspections whenever needed.
  • Supply Chain & Customer Interface: Partner with Purchasing to flow down quality requirements to suppliers, and interface directly with customers on quality-related issues.
  • Continuous Improvement & Metrics: Track, report, and analyze Quality metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
What YOU NEED to SUCCEED in this role:
  • Experience: 2–4+ years of dedicated Quality Engineering and/or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
  • Industry & Materials Expertise: Proven background in aerospace manufacturing, with hands-on experience involving polymerics, epoxies, coatings, or chemical processes.
  • Quality Standards & Root Cause: Functional knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 systems, paired with proven experience in non-conformance investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Technical Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, technical documentation, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Education & Compliance: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent relevant experience). Must hold S. Person status as required by ITAR regulations.
What is in it for YOU?
  • Competitive base pay package.
  • Professional career growth in a growing aerospace environment.
