Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years quality engineering in manufacturing with frequent process changes.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and GD&T without hand-holding.
• Experience with CMM/PolyWorks, CT inspection, MRB processes.
• Hands-on familiarity with powder-based metal AM processes and post-build steps.
• Knowledge of downstream finishing like EDM and heat treatment.

Responsibilities

• Run/Analyze CMM/PolyWorks and CT inspections for dimensional and internal quality.
• Participate in MRB and drive root cause and corrective action.
• Review planning updates and engineering changes for quality impact.
• Partner with manufacturing engineering to resolve quality issues during ramp-up.
• Maintain and improve inspection plans and documentation.
• Report quality trends and risks to Verify and customer leadership.
