L3Harris Technologies in Malabar, FL is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Engineer to drive product and process quality by analyzing defect data, implementing corrective actions, and leading continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with engineering, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements and engineering documentation, with the potential to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of related experience; or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Analyze defect data and implement data-driven corrective actions.
Review hardware for compliance with engineering drawings.
Drive continuous improvement of quality systems and manufacturing processes.
Present corrective actions and process improvements to internal and external audiences.
Review and ensure compliance to policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
Lead containment of non-conforming material and coordinate MRB dispositions.
Communicate with customers and suppliers directly.
Update manufacturing work instructions and review engineering design changes.
Support internal audits and assist external audits when needed.
