The role demands full authority over the CQC plan and proactive management of QC operations, coordinating with multiple subcontractors and clients to ensure compliance and quality.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, 5 years’ DOD experience and 10 years’ QC leadership on similar projects, plus a USACE Construction Quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• 5 years’ DOD experience and 10 years’ experience as a QC Manager on similar projects.
• Certificate for "Construction Quality Management for Contractors" from USACE.
• 30 Hour OSHA in construction.
• Excellent knowledge of quality control inspection standards, procedures and applicable codes required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with many subcontractors.
• Plan days and weeks in advance.
• Conduct QC inspections and manage data daily.
• Perform submittal review functions.
• Maintain required daily documentation.
