Job summary

CCI Facility Contractors, LLC is expanding its workforce with a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality control operations, tests, and subcontractor/workers activities on federal construction projects.

Ideal candidates include US Navy, Air Force, or US Army Corps experience; salary range is $130,000–$160,000 annually, with excellent benefits such as medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, 401K matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in construction.
• Experience managing Government projects.
• Experience in Army RMS system management and input.
• CQM-C certification.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PDF.
• Experience with Procore.
• Ground up build construction experience.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Submittal coordination and review.
• Updating submittal register.
• Inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Supervise special inspections.
• Verify qualifications.
• Maintain rework/deficiency logs.
• 3 phases of inspection.
• Hold preparatory meetings with team.
• USACE Quality Control Management.
