Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of quality control experience in construction.
• 5 years of federal government contracting experience.
• Experience overseeing vertical projects worth $10,000,000+.
• Knowledge of quality guidelines (ASME/AWS/ACI/API/ICC).
• Current CQM-C and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Strong technical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drafts project-specific Quality Control Plans for vertical construction.
• Performs periodic site inspections; reviews logs, reports, and RFIs.
• Interacts with submittals and monthly payment applications via project management software.
• Ensures documentation is completed and reported to the required authority.
• Coordinates with government project management and subcontractors.
• Develops material submittals and reviews for completeness and accuracy.
• Leads QC team to maintain high productivity and technical integrity.
• Applies total quality management tools to analysis and reporting.
