Qualifications

• 5+ years Quality Control experience in construction.
• 5+ years federal government contracting experience.
• Experience overseeing large vertical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drafts project QC plans for vertical construction.
• Performs periodic site inspections and reviews field logs and reports.
• Manages submittals, daily QC reports, CPRs, and progress payments.
• Ensures documentation is completed and reported to authorities.
• Coordinates with government personnel and subcontractors on QC procedures.
