KOMAN Advantage, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to support federal construction projects in Yuma, AZ. The role requires developing QC plans, coordinating with government staff, and ensuring proper documentation for monthly payments.

You will oversee inspections, review submittals and reports, and drive quality across projects, with emphasis on meeting federal contracting standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years' quality control experience in the construction industry.
• 5+ years' federal government contracting experience.
• Experience overseeing $10,000,000+ vertical projects.
• Knowledge of quality guidelines (ASME/AWS/ACI/API/ICC) preferred.
• CQM-C and OSHA 30 certifications required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drafts project-specific Quality Control Plans for vertical construction projects.
• Performs periodic inspections of sites and reviews field logs, reports, and RFI's.
• Operates project management software for QC reports, CPRs, and payments documentation.
• Ensures mandated documentation is completed and submitted to reporting authorities.
• Coordinates with government project personnel and subcontractors on QC procedures.
