Job summary

The role requires 7-10+ years in vertical construction and 5+ years on projects $10-15M+, with deep knowledge of construction divisions, prints, plans, procedures, scheduling and testing.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in vertical construction experience required.
• 5+ years on projects $10-15M or greater as project Quality Control Manager.
• In depth understanding of construction divisions, prints, plans, procedures, scheduling and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Quality Control Plan for the project.
• Certify that all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process.
• Provide documented evaluation, assessments, and CQC assistance to staff and subcontractor personnel.
