Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of waterproofing, air barriers, and curtain wall systems, plus experience with testing oversight. Premier candidate will have 5+ years in quality leadership, CQM/OSHA 30, and a track record of ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction field leadership roles (Quality Control/Superintendent/PM).
• 5 years leading teams, coaching and developing staff.
• Strong knowledge of building constructability across all work features.
• Experience managing subcontracted testing firms and scope buyout.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office & Procore.
• CQM certification within last 5 years or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement the QA/QC management system at site according to contract requirements.
• Define and establish quality procedures, standards, and specs as required.
• Coordinate with site construction manager on quality issues and lead QA/QC meetings.
• Distribute QA/QC documentation to trade partners and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate non-destructive, factory and on-site testing and inspections.
• Manage as-built documentation and three-phase control for each feature of work.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sound engineering practices on project teams.
• Support environmental reporting and other duties as assigned.
