Job summary

Harrison, Walker & Harper is seeking an Experienced Quality Control Manager to co-manage daily QC activities on construction projects in Texas. The role includes leading QC meetings, inspections, submittal reviews, and ensuring testing is performed, with preparation of QC certifications and documentation.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years in vertical construction and 5+ years on $10–$15M+ projects as QC Manager, plus a strong grasp of all construction divisions, prints, plans, and testing

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in vertical construction experience.
• 5+ years on projects $10–$15M or greater as project QC Manager.
• In-depth understanding of all construction divisions; prints, plans, procedures, scheduling, testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Quality Control Plan for the project.
• Certify that all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure QC requirements are met.
• Provide documented evaluation, assessments, and CQC support to staff and subcontractors.
