Job summary

Webcor on-site Quality Manager to implement the Quality Control Plan and lead the project Quality Control System across all work, including subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and codes.

The role reviews engineering drawings, specifications, and procurement documents, conducts three-phase inspections, coordinates and documents tests, and maintains comprehensive QC reports and punch lists with collaboration from the Safety Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Quality Management.
• At least eight years in construction, including public works and federal projects.
• CQM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, implements, and manages Contractor Quality Control System (CQC) per contract.
• Reviews drawings, specs, codes to ensure alignment with revisions.
• Plans, administers, and performs Contractor Three Phase inspections for each feature of work.
• Coordinates tests by employees and subs to verify control measures.
• Inspects materials and equipment for specification and MTR compliance.
• Maintains reports and documentation for QC activities and tests.
• Coordinates with Owner’s quality representative and submittals.
• Leads the CQC team including subs, vendors, suppliers, and third-party inspections.
• Works with Safety Manager to ensure compliance.
• Documents exposure reports, test reports, schedules, warranties.
