Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Quality and Compliance Sr. Consultant to guide and participate in complex continuous improvement objectives within our Contract Quality Management function.

You will oversee high-profile programs, interface with senior leaders, and communicate initiatives across multiple functional areas. Our role emphasizes problem solving, method development, and cross-team collaboration. We value integrity, service, and excellence in delivering contractual services and driving business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 8–10 years preferred.
• Ability to develop innovative methods and solve unique problems with broad business impact.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large and high-profile compliance programs for both company and client.
• Interface with internal and external client’s functional areas and senior leadership.
• Communicate quality and compliance initiatives and issues across functional areas.
• Report compliance status to internal and external clients during review meetings; escalate issues to management.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods for achieving objectives.
• Coach others to develop deep knowledge across the function.
• Lead by example and model CBRE values.
