Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish advanced performance metrics with stakeholders and Sr. Account Representatives.
• Identify large capital improvement projects including cost evaluation.
• Manage planned, preventative, and corrective activities to meet account standards.
• Develop relationships with subject matter experts across the organization and at management levels.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for accomplishing department objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; influence senior stakeholders.
