Job summary
Colorado Energy Office (CEO) seeks a visionary Senior Quality Manager to lead the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) quality management team across Colorado. You will ensure performance standards, conduct on-site inspections, and drive process improvements in a complex, statewide network of subgrantees.
The role blends advanced building science with administrative leadership, focusing on policy translation, transparency, and continuous program enhancements to expand clean energy outcomes
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience in relevant programs.
- Experience in weatherization, energy efficiency, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and inspection processes.
- Ability to translate federal guidelines into actionable program improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of QA/QC staff across Colorado to meet federal and state requirements.
- Balance team bandwidth and optimize operational capacity.
- Drive QC/QA to transform guidelines into actionable insights for the subgrantee network.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Coordinate with other WAP teams to align training and outcomes.
- Develop and deliver guidance to subgrante organizations undergoing leadership changes or remediation.
