Job summary

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is seeking a Senior Weatherization Compliance Specialist to lead, mentor, and monitor the Weatherization Unit’s subgrantee work across Oregon. The role focuses on ensuring program quality, adherence to funder requirements, and providing training and technical assistance to improve impact.

The position offers a hybrid schedule in Salem with a strong emphasis on compliance, reporting, and collaboration with national funders.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience doing administrative research and evaluating facts for compliance with program guidelines.
• Three of the five years must be above technical support level.
• Certification requirements listed below must be current at hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the WX Unit to identify improvement needs in sub-grantee capacity and training.
• Administer quality assurance policies to ensure consistent performance and reporting.
• Identify external training and technical assistance for effective program delivery.
• Communicate with sub-grantees statewide and with national funders.
