Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Quality and Compliance Sr. Manager for an onsite role in Concord, NC, overseeing a team delivering QA deliverables for a Life Sciences client involved in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The candidate will guide audits, CAPAs, investigations, and deviations while ensuring compliance across sites. The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years in Life Sciences GMP quality, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
Must hold Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical/ GMP Quality & Compliance experience including supporting audits, CAPAs, investigations, and multi-site support.
Client and vendor interfacing with strong relationship management and high level of business acumen.
Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Execute both company and confidential client compliance programs and participate in continuous improvement objectives.
Create initiatives and communicate issues across the functional areas. Report compliance status to key stakeholders and sr. management regularly.
Manage the execution and evaluate the success of the quality-of-service initiatives for non-regulated services.
Report Compliance status to the client during review meetings; escalates issues.
Oversee the inspection readiness program for the site. Manage audits as well as serve as the primary quality representative for operations.
Apply a broad knowledge of the business and own discipline to achieve objectives.
Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
