Job summary

SBM Management seeks a hands-on Quality & Compliance Manager to support Critical Environments services for regulated life sciences clients. The role blends on-site assessments, quality system strengthening, and GMP-compliant daily practices across client sites.

This field-based position collaborates with site operations, frontline cleaning teams, and client Quality representatives to drive improvements, manage CAPAs, and deliver regular reports. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree with 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• A valid driver's license may be required based on business needs.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site assessments to verify program effectiveness against SOW and quality delivery.
• Make recommendations and implement actions to improve program SOW and quality service delivery.
• Investigate customer complaints regarding quality and support RCA activities.
• Identify at risk programs and facilitate CAPA follow up actions where needed.
• Monitor internal processes for quality standards via on-site and remote assessments.
• Support new account transitions as assigned.
• Guide and assist prior to and during high level client service inspections (Regulatory, Partner, VIP).
• Conduct personnel compliance audits and verify work schedules for adequate service.
• Perform trainings to address and correct areas of concern.
• Complete routine reporting and keep management informed of issues and actions taken.
