Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Concord, NC is seeking a Sr. Quality and Compliance Manager to supervise the QA team supporting a Life Sciences client.

You will lead QA initiatives, manage audits, CAPAs, investigations, and change controls, and develop SOPs while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Role is fully onsite with up to 10% travel. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of QA/Compliance experience in Life Sciences, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of Good Documentation Practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Life Sciences/Pharma GMP Quality & Compliance experience including audits, CAPAs, investigations, and multi-site support.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Set and track staff/department deadlines and coach as needed.
• Execute compliance programs and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report compliance status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Oversee site inspection readiness, audits, and quality representation for operations.
