Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a Quality Compliance Leader to oversee the Quality Management System and ensure regulatory compliance across client facilities. The role emphasizes leading events, root cause analysis, and training readiness programs while coordinating with internal and client teams.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in science or engineering, 5+ years in GMP/GDP/ISO quality roles, and strong English/Spanish communication skills to support diverse life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering required.
• Minimum of five (5) years professional experience in compliance, quality systems and/or internal auditing within the regulated industry.
• Previous experience leading teams or projects.
• Strong technical writing skills (English and Spanish).
• Ability to effectively read, write and verbally communicate in English and Spanish.
• Computer literacy with MS Office applications and Quality Management Systems (e.g. Trackwise).
• Ability to analyze data and performance metrics; strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to demonstrate and model continuous monitoring of quality system activities to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives, mentor staff and manage resources to ensure successful execution of the Quality Management System.
• Support design, execution and maintenance of quality system processes at respective departments.
• Coordinate training on operating procedures changes or new system implementation.
• Lead continuous improvement projects for multiple sites and oversee CAPA processes.
• Review and approve protocols and final reports; escalate deviations as needed.
• Manage audits, investigations and corrective/preventive actions for clients.
