Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to lead the QA/QC team at a Life Sciences site in Lebanon, IN. This full-time, onsite role requires coordinating daily activities, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain regulatory compliance and high service quality.

You will mentor staff, report to stakeholders, and ensure readiness for inspections while aligning with CBRE RISE values and client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading audits, CAPAs, and investigations in Life Sciences/Pharma/GMP.
• Strong staff management, coaching, mentoring and performance evaluation skills.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and guide discussions.
• Proven leadership to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the QA/QC team and oversee staff training and evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and cross-training; meet deadlines.
• Execute company and client compliance programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate initiatives and compliance status to stakeholders; report metrics.
• Manage inspection readiness programs and assist with audits.
• Escalate quality and compliance issues to senior management as needed.
• Model CBRE RISE values and lead by example; influence stakeholders to consensus.
• Apply disciplinary knowledge to achieve team and department objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues in processes and systems.
