Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to lead the site's QMS, ensuring compliance with standards and driving a culture of quality across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain. You will reduce COPQ, improve product quality, support NPI, audits, and supplier quality initiatives, while partnering with Operations and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of quality management experience (or 5+ with a Master’s).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate quality improvement projects.
• Implement and sustain quality tools in daily manufacturing culture (5S, Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA).
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process optimization, quality improvement, and cost savings.
• Develop and implement standard work procedures to improve consistency and reduce variability.
• Educate and coach employees on applying quality tools and methodologies.
• Coordinate audits for customer, ISO 9001, and ASME.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and risk management activities including FMEA and control plans.
