Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise quality management experience in government services or similar environments.
• Experience implementing portfolio-level quality frameworks aligned with corporate systems.
• Strong leadership of multi-disciplinary quality teams and subcontractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio quality governance and develop a Portfolio Quality Framework aligned with corporate policies and VA standards.
• Build and manage a multi-disciplinary Quality Team including internal staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with VA requirements and participate in all required quality deliverables and reviews.
• Implement QA processes aligned with VA performance-based contracting and PBSA/CPARS readiness.
• Oversee COOP/DR quality oversight and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish portfolio-wide metrics and ensure data/document integrity across programs.
